None of my current books is working for me but I don't want to let them go yet, so I was expecting a morning of duty-reading when I saw Lillelara's post and realised there was another buddy read today. Somehow I didn't spot this one being selected.
This is my first ever Georgette Heyer book. In my snobby youth, I wrote her off as a writer of Regency romances of the kind my, truly ancient, history teacher was always telling us to read. Now, I'm hoping for a light, entertaining read that gives me another series to follow.
